2) Your responsibility

• You agree not to upload sensitive personal data (SSNs, bank/card numbers, driver’s license numbers, biometric identifiers, etc.).
• You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share.

3) Document handling & privacy

Documents you upload may be processed to extract text and generate a report. We recommend you redact sensitive information before uploading. We aim to minimize collected data and only store what is necessary to provide the service.

4) Public reports

If you choose to publish or share a report link, you are responsible for ensuring the content does not contain private information. We may remove content that appears to contain sensitive data, doxxing, harassment, or other prohibited material.

5) Acceptable use

• No harassment, threats, or incitement of violence.
• No doxxing or sharing private information about individuals.
• No malware, scraping abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No submitting false documents or fraudulent claims.

6) Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information generated by the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentFeeWatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the site.
